@rebound1993 Where did you read that this exercise is designed for hurdlers ? The drill is for long and triple jumpers, not for hurdlers. As a friendly piece advice, I’ll suggest you learn how to read and write first before posting negative comments about any video. Thank you.

@Skates2much Thank you for your comment! His PR was 44' (full approach) , but in the video he is jumping a bit more than 44' with a short approach and in flats after the changes in his jumping mechanics. Props to him since he is a very talented and coachable guy.

@miggy998 The bar is at 5'0" or 5'2" in the before, and the bar is at 5'6" in the after (training). She just jumped 5'7" a couple of days ago in a big meet here in TX which was a new personal best for her.

@rachas3 El credito es para ella que puso el tiempo y la dedicacion para hacer los cambios que tenia que hacer en su mecanica de salto (sin mencionar que es muy talentosa) . La razon por la que no pongo las alturas es porque la mejoria tecnica del saltador(a) en el video es obvia, pero si la memoria y el ojo no me fallan.... el "antes" es mas o menos 5" y el ultimo salto del "despues" es mas o menos 5'6" Mucha suerte y gracias por tu pregunta,

Lamentablemente no mido la altura ya que es solo una practica, pero lo que te puedo decir es que esta nina llego saltando 5'2" muy inconsistente (en una competencia saltaba 5'2" y en la proxima saltaba 4'8" con las justas) al final de la temporada salto 5'7" y su promedio de salto fue 5'4 1/2"
